We are asking all residents to consider dropping off their live Christmas tree after the holiday is over. We will be collecting trees from January 1st thru January 13th at the Clubhouse. Please just place your tree to the right of the Clubhouse, by the pool gate that is closest to the adult pool. The new and improved weight room has been open for several weeks now and the response has been amazing. We have all new machines, free weights, medicine balls, mats, as well as two TV's. We are happy to announce that we will be having a personal trainer on hand from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, December 13th to explain each piece of equipment, and to show everyone how to maximize their own personal workouts. We are excited to announce that Twin Chimney's Subdivision is a drop off location for the Toys For Tots campaign. There is a box located in the lobby of the Clubhouse just outside of the office door where you can drop a new, unwrapped toy off.
